At Construcciones Rabassa<\/strong> we are a family business founded in 1975. Three generations of builders endorse our history in Altea and throughout the Marina Baixa region. What began as a small stonemasonry workshop has become a benchmark company in refurbishment, rehabilitation and construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our philosophy is simple: each project is unique<\/strong>. We do not apply standard formulas. We listen to what the client needs, study the property and propose solutions that respect the essence of the building while adapting it to modern living. For us, design is the most important thing - the small details create the perfect whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are experts in home renovation. Together with our team of skilled tradesmen - bricklayers, stonemasons, carpenters, painters, electricians and plumbers - we will help you to meet all your expectations, from a small bathroom renovation to the complete renovation of a historic estate.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Specialised stonemasons<\/h3>\n\n\n

We have qualified stonemasons<\/strong> that can create almost any detail in natural stone: arches, columns, worktops, window frames, lintels and jambs. We can even integrate the kitchen worktop with the stone of the fa\u00e7ade, creating continuous pieces of great visual impact. We have extensive experience in working with local limestone, marble and granite.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Recovered materials<\/h3>\n\n\n

We recover from demolitions pieces with high archaeological value<\/strong> that we implement in our projects: centuries-old terracotta and hydraulic floors, carved stones, pine and oak beams, wrought iron gates, grilles, Arabic tiles and hand-painted tiles. Each piece is carefully selected, cleaned and restored before being given a new life in your project.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

More than 50 years working in Altea and the Marina Baixa give us a in-depth knowledge<\/strong> of the area: urban planning regulations, local materials, the particularities of Mediterranean construction and the best suppliers. We know how old buildings in the area behave, what structural problems are common and what are the most effective and long-lasting solutions.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our way of working<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each work begins with a non-binding visit<\/strong> where we evaluate the property, listen to your ideas and take measurements. Within 24-48 hours we will provide you with a detailed quotation, broken down by items, with no small print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the project has been approved, we assign a construction manager<\/strong> who will be your sole interlocutor throughout the entire project. We coordinate all the necessary trades so that you don't have to worry about anything: masonry, stonework, carpentry, electricity, plumbing, painting and finishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work with actual terms<\/strong> - we do not promise what we cannot deliver. If unforeseen circumstances arise (a common occurrence in the renovation of old buildings), we will inform you immediately and work with you to find the best solution. Transparency and trust are the basis of our relationship with each client.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
